In order to be succseful you should have experience in integration projects using Enterprise Integration Patterns. 

The sprint teams are self-organising units and as such being a team player who is self-organised and proactive is critical to the role. You must have a desire for the sprints to be successful and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure the team is a successful. 

This is a new team so it gives you the chance to join the Integration team at its formation, defining how the client develop and interact with other teams and technologies.Skills and Experience Required 

The candidate should be able to: 

• Demonstrate a high level of competence in object-oriented analysis, design and coding in Java (SE1.5 and above, EE 5 and above), XML 
• Demonstrate a high level of competence in contract based integration i.e. WSDL, XSD, JSON Schema 
• Design and implement systems that use relational databases 
• Work to pre-defined requirements and produce code that meet the requirements 
• Work test first (TDD) to produce unit tests including mocks and stubs 
• Demonstrate a structured approach to development, using design patterns where appropriate and using SOLID principles 
• Strive to continuously improve the development process 
• Take ownership of work and contribute to an effective SCRUM team 
• Show enthusiasm and passion for technology and be keen to learn new skills 
• Keep track of tasks for the team using an issue tracking system (preferably JIRA) 
• Show initiative to work with the business to resolve issues blocking the team
